With over 25 years of experience in Thailand’s hospitality industry, Mr. Kaiwannon brings extensive expertise in hotel operations, commercial strategy, and revenue growth. His leadership experience spans key segments including corporate, events, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions), with a strong focus on delivering performance-driven results and enhancing guest experiences.
In his new role, Mr. Kaiwannon will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operations, with a strategic focus on elevating service standards, strengthening team engagement, and expanding the hotel’s MICE business. His leadership approach is guided by a clear direction centered on alignment, collaboration, and shared purpose across the organization.
