Early Arrival / Late Departure Policy

Early Arrival: Check-in is at 2:00 PM. Guests arriving early can store luggage and use our facilities until their room is ready. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Late Departure: Check-out is at 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges. For a guaranteed late check-out, please contact our reception desk in advance.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation details, please refer to the reservation page, your confirmation voucher, or contact our reservations team.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in the hotel to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.

Smoking Policy

We maintain a smoke-free environment:

  • Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor areas.
  • Designated smoking areas are available outside.
  • A cleaning fee of THB 5,000 applies for smoking in non-smoking areas.

Child Policy

We welcome families and offer a comfortable stay for all ages:

Extra Person: An additional charge of THB 800 applies for extra persons exceeding room occupancy.

Infants (0-3 years): Stay free when sharing a bed with parents, including complimentary breakfast with a breakfast-inclusive booking.

Children (4-11 years): Stay free when sharing a bed with parents; breakfast is available at a special rate of 200 Baht net per child per night.

Children (12 years and above): Considered adults for room occupancy purpose.

  • Complimentary cribs and rollaway beds are available on request, subject to availability.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially in public areas and near the pool.
